Sibs is a successful UK charity helping the brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults. Their brief was to reorganise the website structure, create tools to help their staff categorise the large amount of content, and provide a robust open source content management system.

How we delivered

Through User Story workshops, Sibs were able to understand that targeted users needed an easier way to navigate the website, and a restructuring of information. Our design focus was to make users' journeys through the site more meaningful and fruitful, giving them a better overall experience.

We used Drupal 6 for the CMS and kept the site design style in line with their existing branding. Since launch, the site has been very successful and had a huge increase in traffic, activity and returning visitors.
